Graham was born and raised in San Luis Obispo and has a passion for all things real estate. He earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara focusing on Business and International Relations. Graham spent his junior year studying at both the University of Concepcion and the University of Chile in Santiago where he was able to travel and experience the wonders of South America culture.

In 2007, Graham started working for Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Company, a full-service commercial mortgage banking company that secures financing for retail, office, industrial, multi-family and special use developments. He functioned primarily as a loan-servicing correspondent and was ultimately responsible for servicing a loan portfolio of over $750 million across the country. Graham still serves as a consultant to Sunrise Mortgage, but has turned his efforts toward the San Luis Obispo County residential market focusing primarily on distressed assets, foreclosure prevention and education, bank owned properties and investment analytics.
 
Graham is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker (DRE # 1873454) with General Pacific Properties. He has continued his education by completing the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) certification and specializes in forelcosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Graham helps his clients understand their eligibility for different government programs aimed at helping homeowners, the short sale process and the effects of foreclosure.
